I don’t leave reviews often, but Chicago Auto Sports earned this one. Customer service is clearly a top priority, and I felt taken care of from the first conversation to the end of the process. A trustworthy mechanic is hard to find—right up there with a good doctor, dentist, or car dealer—but Chicago Auto Sports is the real deal. Professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to doing right by the customer. 5 stars.

Very honest. Very transparent. Gave me an offer on my car (I live in Texas) paid me the next day via wire. Got the car picked up within the hour of the wire getting into my account. Would trust this guy to make a deal happen.

Recently I bought a BMW M3 E46, and I was attended throughout the whole process by Josh. From start to finish, Josh was polite, respectful, and very easy to communicate with. He was extremely patient, took the time to answer all of my questions, and sent detailed photos so I knew exactly what to expect. There was never any pressure. As a buyer, that level of honesty and transparency really gave me peace of mind. I felt that he genuinely cared that I were comfortable and happy with the purchase. This place is legit and truly awesome. I bought a Z06 from Hassan out-of-state in Oklahoma. He made me feel at ease and well taken care of right from the start. He had the car checked out for me and a couple of small things addressed right away. Could not say better things about Hassan. He went above and beyond to help me secure enclosed trailer shipping at a great price. I've never had anyone help out with that before. By far my best buying experience EVER. As another reviewer previously stated....."THIS IS THE PLACE". And Hassan IS THE GUY. Thanks so much. Bryan.

Hassan was great to deal with. Agreed to a price and had the deal completed in less then an hour. So simple and professional. Would deff do business with them again.
